SELF-WORTH EXERCISE –

1.Write a list of times when you did not feel worthy – Choose one event from the list 

2.Next listen to the rock meditation

3.Then write a letter releasing and forgiving anything you feel necessary

4.After writing the letter you will then destroy it how ever you feel called. You can burn it, rip, cut, put into water anything you feel is best to release the attachments to this story!
